So what is RDS? It's a simple three-part language for offense that players can actually remember and use in real time.

R is for Racing. Pace breaks down defenses. When your plays fast in transition and attacks closeouts with .5 decisions, good things happen.

D is for Drive. This IS shot selection. When your players drive, they are going to decide wither to shoot or pass. When you finish, when you kick, what you do on the catch, it’s all part of the decision making tree we teach in the Drive part of RDS. These decisions are the foundation of your whole offense.

S is for Space. Space is the oxygen that let’s offense breath. More space leads easier reads and bigger advantages. If your players aren't creating advantages, and playing in advantage, they're just guessing. And guessing isn't conceptual offense.
