Practice is coming! Are you excited?

Hey Coach,

Even though I’m not on the floor teaching as much as I used to, I still get pumped this time of year.

It’s right before practice really kicks in, and hopes of a great season are the highest they’ll be all year.

So, I wanted to do a little throwback to one of my favorite drills for teaching kids how to “Break the floor.”

It’s a quick video, and everyone looks funky doing it. But I love the concept and that moment when kids start to finally get it.
