Spend 70% of your time on GOES, only 30% on counters.
Because when players get elite at their first move—hesi, in-out, jab, eyes—the defense gives them the counter.
This is how SGA trains. It’s how Kobe mastered the unseen hours.
Great players don’t get bored with the basics.
They just get better at them.
